This session will feature insights gathered from a variety of retail brands who are currently dealing with store closings, layoffs, furloughs and other challenges related to the covid-19 crisis. It will address some of the ways retailers are dealing with the current challenges, and also look ahead to the big questions retailers are considering once stores re-open and business returns to a new normal.
